Signature Catering's Owner grew up in this community and is now here with a family and a business. From backyard gatherings to full scale 1500 people conferences, Signature Catering is here to take all the stress away when it comes to feeding crowd.

Food generally brings us together but right now we all need to be aware of our social responsibilities to keep our distance. In light of this, Signature Catering is stepping out into our community by offering single serve lunch and dinner meals that are individually wrapped and prepared in a VERY sterile space.

Our kitchen in Walnut Grove is not open to the public unless previously arranged so our pick up options will be scheduled ahead of time to limit the amount of people we have through our doors. Curb side or parking lot pickup is definitely going to happen!

Sandwiches and soup will change every week

Soup for March 19 thru March 27 - Minestrone

LUNCH – No modification to sandwiches please

Presented as an individually packaged lunch box. Select from the following:

1.      Turkey on Cranberry Sourdough $10 – sliced roasted turkey with bacon, avocado, tomato, pea shoots and swiss cheese

2.      Pastrami on Marble Rye $10 – pastrami, Dijon mayo spread, pea shoots, tomato and swiss cheese

3.      Roasted Veggie Wrap $10 – roasted veggies, fresh veggies and swiss cheese

4.      AA Alberta Roast Beef $8 - cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, mustard and mayonnaise on whole wheat bread

5.      Black Forest Ham $8 -, cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, mustard and mayonnaise on whole wheat bread

Select one of the above boxes with either our weekly soup or Signature Salad.

DINNER – No modification to meals please

Each week Signature Catering will offer several dinner options. All meals will be made fresh, daily, with instructions for heating. Great for picking up on your way home from work

1.      Dijon Chicken $13 – comes with Yukon gold mashed potato and seasonal veggies

2.      Beef Dijonaise $13 – seared AAA Alberta beef tenderloin finished with a creamy Dijonaise peppercorn sauce served with Yukon gold mashed potato and seasonal veggies

3.      Spinach and Ricotta Manicotti $13– Vegetarian Option – stuffed manicotti in a marinara sauce served with seasonal greens and a dinner roll

4.      Lasagna for 2 $20 – ln house made lasagna for 2 (also great for putting in your freezer). Served by itself but add a side salad for $4

**Dinners can be picked up at our kitchen in Walnut Grove during the appropriate time of 5pm to 6pm as ready to eat or heat and serve with instructions.

**Dinner deliveries – Monday through Friday only

Ordering Process

Orders must be in by 5pm each day for the next day pick up or delivery

Example – Monday by 5pm for Tuesday delivery or pick up

Minimum of 5 lunch or dinner boxes for delivery. Fee of $10 will apply (no matter how many boxes ordered)

Daily Delivery Times: 11am - 12pm LUNCH    /      5pm - 6pm DINNER

(Walnut Grove and Port Kells areas only)
